The MUJA is situated in the municipality of Colunga.

The Jurassic Museum of Asturias is in the area known as Rasa de San Telmo, an emblematic location on the Asturian coastline, in the municipality of Colunga, between the towns of Colunga and Lastres.

From the MUJA there is an exceptional panoramic view of the Cantabrian Sea and the fishing port of Lastres as the background, the Sierra del Sueve to the south and the Picos de Europa to the east.

How to reach the MUJA:

 - By road:

 Take the A8, Exit towards 337 - Colunga. Once in Colunga take the AS-257 towards Lastres.

The MUJA is found at kilometre point 1.5.
